Baby

2,5–4 years

The very first introduction to training in the accompaniment of parents, that aims to develop fundamental motor skills and children's independence.

Junior

4–6 years

A versatile sports program based on a mix of athletics, gymnastics, movement games, and building sports motivation.

Sportmix

6–9 years

A multisport program developing versatility, team spirit, and cooperation through teaching the basics of 6 sports.

Active

8–11 years

A conditioning sports program focused on training physical abilities and reinforcing regular movement habits.
